To see this report, upgrade your account to Power BI Pro

I have got this error when I was trying to view my reports on the powerbi service, can someone tell me what to do please?

Is this report created and published by yourself? What is the data source of your report? You can refer to this document about what is Power BI pro content, so that you can check whether your report contains pro content.

One more thing, have you tried pro trial and created report which contains pro content before? If the trial is expired now, you may see such message when you try to view it.

If you're sure that your report does not contain any pro content and you have not tried pro trial before, maybe you can try to publish your report to Power BI Service again to see if issue can be resolved.
