Titles disappeared from visuals in Power BI service

Hello, this issue occurred within the past week.  Something weird has happened.  All of the titles on our Power BI visuals have been removed.  We have a report with well over 10 tabs and multiple visuals per tab - all with this issue.  In addition, we have a lot of other reports all experiencing this issue.

I'm facing same issue right now. My desktop file has active Titles but when I publish it they are turned off for few visuals. Did you find any solution for this?
