Title of shapes has no padding

If you give your shape a title, it has no padding on the sides, which is different from other visuals. The padding of titles must be consistent across all visuals -- therefore, this is an issue.

Please check below information from PG team: 

"After discussing with the product management team, we will provide a workaround, but do not have a fix scheduled. To work around this issue, the user can create a text box for the title and align it appropriately."
