Title loses context when editing

In the Power BI desktop tool (not sure if this happens in service too) when editing the title of a visual for the first time after typing a few letters it loses context of the title text boxand it jumps up the page a bit meaning you have to click in the title box again. It is super annoying especially when you backaspace in the title text box and accidentally delete the whole visual. 

I think this first appeared in the August update after the menu was updated, 'modernising' it.

The same issue has been reported internally: CRI 69939070. We are estimating that the fix will reach service this week. For desktop, the fix will be in November release.

The issue is fixed in Power BI desktop October version 2.63.3272.40262. Please update your desktop version and test again.
