Time Zone Issue

I'm using a dataset that includes date/time and as many people have noted, it is UTC. I've followed others guidance and used "DateTimeZone.SwitchZone". This solved the problem but only when I update manually. When my dataset auto refreshes it sometimes reverts back. It is correct on PowerBI Desktop but the embedded public link displays UTC again.

That seems to work fine for me. Check timezoneHours and try again later.

It does work, sometimes. Sometimes the auto refresh would change the hours back to +4. I think I have resolved this with a different custom column "DateTimeZone.RemoveZone(DateTimeZone.SwitchZone([Date Last Refreshed],-4))".

Only time will tell as I can only test it with each 30 minute interval between auto refreshes.
