Tiles on dashboards are not rendering axes

Tiles on dashboards are not rendering axes when pinned from a properly rendering underlying report. Help. Was working properly before.

Which chart visual pined to a dashboard loses axes? Does the issue happen to old tiles or new pinned tiles?

The new tiles don't show the axes. 

I tried republishing reports in the same workspace and in new workspaces; I tried pinning to new dashboards, etc. Still does not work for new tiles. 

In mobile, the tiles are showing axes on the dashboard but not on the report. 

In web, the tiles are showing axes on the report but not on the dashboard.

Would you please share the pbix file so we can test it on our side? Also please share some screenshots so we can see the issue clearly.
