I can't update my data no matter how many times I try.
The error message is as follows

Note that the gateway is the latest version. (3000.110.3)
I am signed in to the data source credentials.

I can update the desktop version with no problem.

 

Some of the reports have been updated.
I am unable to update two reports.
Detailed information about the error in the other report is as follows

Status: Investigating

Based on the error message, have found this information internal:

Could not resolve QueryDefinition due to invalid SourceEntity reference.

This error often happens after the Entity was renamed or deleted. Please update the query/visual to use the new name or undo the name change. 

 

Did these two reports have been renamed or deleted by you or anyone else who have access to the reports?

 

If you are the creater and publisher of reports, you can try to delete the datasets in workspaces and try to publish to different workspaces to check it again.
