Your model seems to be too big to fit on the service. PBI Service have a limit of 1GB per model

You should think about the minimal data you need for UI/visual rendering and build queries that return only the data needed for the UI/visual.

You can also try to use Direct Query instead of Import mode.

File size is only 257 mb. while data model size is 243 mb only
