Hi,

I am recieving the error on schedule refreshes The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Microsoft SQL: Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed during the post-login phase. The connection could have timed out while waiting for server to complete the login process and respond; Or it could have timed out while attempting to create multiple active connections. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Please go to the machine which has gateway installed, please use ping command in Command Prompt to ping SQL server machine or IP address. Also check if the port used by SQL server service is blocked.
