The chart's 'Show background' property in Data lables does not work in the Cloud Service

When you turn on the 'Show background' property in Data lables, it works in the PBI Desktop. Once you publish the rpeort in the Cloud Service, the data lables disappear.

Which visual is it? It seems fine with 100% stacked bar chart.

We installed the Feburary 2018 update and this is working now.

We can close this idea/issue.
