The Web.Page function requires Active Scripting to be enabled in Internet Explorer options

 

Hi ,

 

I’m setting up datasets and gateways connections, and came across the below error message :

 

“ The Web.Page function requires Active Scripting to be enabled in Internet Explorer options. See https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=506565 for details on how to enable Active Scripting.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

However my Active scripting , its enabled in the security settings in Internet explorer

 

 

 

 

 

And this fix wont resolved the problem

 

Please could you advise ?

Hi Maria. This error can also occur if IE (which Web.Page uses behind the scenes) becomes unresponsive. This can happen if, for example, the web page is too large for IE to handle well. To see if this might be the case, please open your content in IE and see if the browser is responsive or not.

 

Please give that a try and let me know.
