The Data Refresh in Excel does not finish

Hello Support,

I am running a few reports in Excel which use Power BI data connections and the Refresh keeps going without returing any results. 

Please help.

I have reverted to the previous version of the Publisher but no success.

I have to say this is a big question.

1. Can you connect to the Power BI Service successfully?

2. Are there any error messages?

3. What is the data source of the Service dataset?

4. What's the size of your dataest?

5. Can you get reports without refreshing?

6. Can the refreshing be finished? 

7. Did you refresh the dataset in the Service first?
