Text in text box disappears in Desktop after September 2019 update

Our users reported an issue that text in several text boxes disappeared after the Desktop update from September 2019. This happened in several reports. All of the text that disappeared was written in Segoe UI Light.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue with Power BI desktop version 2.73.5586.1101 64-bit (September 2019). Would you please share pbix file with us? If it is, please remove sensitive data in the report, upload pbix file to your Onedrive, and paste the share link here.

The strange thing is that we don't see the text in Power BI Desktop, but once you upload the file online, we do see the text again. The text which is not visible in Power BI Desktop is the only text written in Segoe UI Light. The rest of the text is written in Segoe UI.

Please update Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.74.5619.621 64-bit (October 2019) then test again.
