Text box showing light blue border

I'm using a text box to cover a table to make it unclickable. But today we saw that the text box showed a light blue border on clicking it. Please see below image.

Just FYI, you can use a rectangle shape also for the same purpose i.e. to cover a table to make it unclickable.

Hello, 

Can I know the update on this issue, like when can i get this fix in Power Bi. 
I notice a highlighted blue line whenever I click on the space occupied by the textbox. 
Attached a snapshot for the same.

Based on my test in with Chrome browser version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit), the issue doesn't occur. Which browser do you use?

There are charts in the same report. When i right-click on another chart than click on textbox , border is appearing as same color with font color.
Browser: Chrome version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (32-bit)
