TOTALYTD/MTD calculations don't work the way they should

I have noticed that the YTD and MTD calculations changed based on the date range selected. Othless otherwise specified, they should only be for this year and month, respectively.

Perhaps a parameter should be added where you could specify something like this. Otherwise, it makes no sense. I've just coded my own YTD and MTD calcs in DAX, and they work correctly.

Hi @jengwt,

Would you please share a pbix with dummy data to clarify the issue? Thanks.

@v-qiuyu-msft I've got one made up for you, but I can't figure out how to attach it here, or attach it to a message to you.

If the report doesn't contains sensitive data, you can upload report to your Onedrive and share the link here.

@v-qiuyu-msft I did create a version with sample data, but unfortunately my company doesn't allow me to set one-drive docs to public visibility...
