TEXT values are not recognized - defaulting to "General" and cannot be updated without adding FORMAT([Measure], "TEXT") to the measure sintax. 

 

This is causing all conditional fomrating based on hex values to be uneditable.

If you would like to suggest  feature improvements, you may  vote the idea and comment here  to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products .
