We have few users having active subscriptions and not receiving email notifications anymore. The end date is set to mid next year and set to daily notifications. Do you know, what is causing this issue?
Power BI automatically pauses refresh on datasets associated with dashboards and reports that haven't been visited in more than two months.

The user it most concerns is entering the Dashboard daily after receiving the subscription as she needs some more details which the email does not provide, so this is not the root cause here. Is there maybe any other issue currently running for Subsciptions?
