Subscription Report e-mail

Hello

I am trying to use the subscribe option of reports and dashboards using the gateway update, but after several attempts for several days I did not receive any email

I already checked with the email service provider, with other friends who use powerbi to do the same test and nobody is able to receive.

Is there anything else I can do differently or is this problem actually occurring in the application?

There is a similar issue which was reported to Power BI team internally and still be active: CRI 41678321

I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

Another question I have is regarding these statuses reported on some topics Status changed to: Accepted

 

What would be Accepted? Do you have a link where it shows what each status is?
