I am trying to use the subscribe option of reports and dashboards using the gateway update, but after several attempts for several days I did not receive any email
I already checked with the email service provider, with other friends who use powerbi to do the same test and nobody is able to receive.
Is there anything else I can do differently or is this problem actually occurring in the application?
