Subscription Emails Not Generating from Power BI Service

The last time my Power BI Service generated it's subscription emails was on Friday at 3PM.  Even though I see the scheduled refreshes running without any issue using our Enterprise Gateway, no emails are generating.  This happened about a month ago, and without any changes, started emailing again 3-4 days later.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and any suggestions of what to tell my IT department to do to correct the issue?

Hi Lydia,

 

Thanks for your reply.  I have forwarded that information to my IT department, as that is outside my scope as I am more of a developer and don't even have access to the Power BI Server.

 

Hopefully this will help resolve the issue.
