When i signin on SQL Server Analysis Services from PowerBi dataset with Microsoft Account stuck on oauthredirect.html page

Did you sign in with Microsoft Account in Desktop ? And the data source is Power BI Dataset ? The original data source for the dataset is SQL Server Analysis Services ?

Yes, i sign in with Microsoft Account, the data source is Power BI Dataset and the original data source for dataset is SQL Server Analysis Services.

have been having similar issue from Powerbi (app.powerbi.com) or dekstop when connecting or refreshing credentials to any O365 workload (exo, spo etc). 

It appears when token expires. Found cause is a modification to conditional access policy using session control.  

Verify "Disable resilience defaults" is not checked.  That was the fix for us
