Streaming Dataset Direct Query No Longer Working

I have had a streaming dataset that sits within a "staging"workspace that was working fine up until i have issues 2 weeks ago and had to rasie a microsoft ticket for refreshing issues

i can no longer import/direct query a live streaming dataset with the below error.

has worked fine for around 8 months up until 2 weeks ago and no access has changed and i am the curate of the streaming dataset so ihave full admin access
