Status code 500 while exporting report to .pbix from Service

Hi ,

I have been facing issues while tyring to downloand .pbix report from Power BI service since yesterday. Is it a known issue? can some body suggest how to fix this?

Can't export to Power BI Desktop format

This is a known issue in North Europe which has been solved. Could you please check if you can export PBIX file now?

Many thanks Lydia @v-yuezhe-msft for the quick response. But I am still not able to export reports to .pbix format.

The issue happens when I try to export reports from Myworkspace. It works fine when I export reports from orgaization's workspace. Please assist.
