Stacked area chart plots 1 instead of zero

I was plotting a stacked area chart of various types of bugs my teams are resolving.

Since my teams are awesome, their bug count occasionally reaches zero.

When this happens, the colored shading drops to zero, but the border line at the top of the shaded area does not drop below 1.

So the shaded backgrounds report accurately, but the solid bondary lines do not.

This seems like a bug.

I have made a test but could not reproduce your issue. Make sure you have updated power bi desktop to the latest version. If this issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
