Sqldumper error after September update of power bi desktop

Issue: After September updated of Desktop Power BI( Version 2.85.68.1.0 64bit September) it is observed that Direct Query report(Composite Model) pbix files are not opening with Desktop power BI. While opening the file we are getting a black screen with SQLdumper error and desktop power bi Crashes.

Note: Report is working fine on Power BI service. The issue is with desktop power bi.

Following steps has been tried to resolve this but it did not resolve the issue.

  1. Uninstall and installing Desktop power BI again.
  2. Editing Live report on BI service by removing the visualisation and then downloading the pbix file.
  3. Enable/Disable Preview Features.
  4. Clearing the cache of Desktop Power BI.
  5. Log files are not presenting anything useful.
  6. Checked the Database connectivity and seems to be working fine.
  7. Online research: Went through the online documentation and most of them are suggestion to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

Did anyone come across a similar issue?
