Sometimes, randomly, power bi service does not show object in the report

Hi everyone,

sometimes in our company we have some problem with some reports. We do not understand why it happens. We do not understand if it is a problem about data or something else.

 

We created an app and we see reports via the app:

What is strange is that all the other object works, but the first one not. 

 

I clicked on link and this is the error is reported to me:

Hi, 

What do you mean by “all the other object works, but the first one not”?

If you want to get a solution for this kind of data connection problem as soon as possible using the error message, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.

Hi,

As you can see in the screenshot I sent, 

there are 4 "visuals" in the report. The 3 gray boxes in the middle and the one in top left of the report. The 3 gray boxes work correctly. The one in the top left does not work.

I tried to open a ticket, but a Premier support is required even if I have a Premium license. If I insert id/password I use to log-in in power bi (administrator user) I get that error and they require a Premier support

As far as I’m concerned, a pro license is enough for you to create a support ticket.
