Some reports not working in the service

Two of my reports are not working in the Power BI service. I get the following message when opening them:

I have changed things in both reports today using Power BI desktop, but the altered files have been uploaded via sharepoint over an hour ago.

Hi @Amp_BI,

 

Did you upload pbix file to SharePoint then connect to the report from Power BI service? How about the result if you publish the pbix file from Power BI desktop to Power BI service directly?

The files are connected to Sharepoint and where updated via onedrive refresh. I already saw there was an update on the support page about this exact topic..
