Small multiples doesn't use a consistent scale on combo charts

I'm using a Line and Clustered Column Chart combo visual to display my data and using a single shared Y-Axis with a linear scale. There is a reasonably large difference in the scale of numbers being reported with the smallest numbers being in single digits and the largest in the hundreds. The small multiple with the largest values is truncating the scale on the line chart so it appears to be much lower compared to what the actual value is. If you look at the screen shot below you can see the 4th small multiple has values around 100, but the 5th small multiple is around 300 but the lines are nearly aligned.

I tried the latest version to test several cases and the appearance seems fine. Try to recreate the report.
