Slow Load/Transform Data from ODBC

I am having an issue after connecting to a data source, NetSuite (Cloud based ERP software), via ODBC.

I manage to establish a connection to Power BI through NetSuites ODBC driver however when trying to transform the data or generate a preview of the data in Power Query the data does not load and times out. Power BI also seems to be taking up alot of processes and memory on my PC when doing so.

I have had a look in the File > Options and Settings > Current File > Data Load and played around with some of the settings there but still not much luck refreshing data.

Hi @FraserDavidson

You can go to desktop trace log, check if there is any detail information.

Please update Power BI Desktop to the latest version 2.79.5768.1082 then test again. If possible, please run 64 bit version.

Best Regards,
