Slicer Search Box desappears when publishing dashboard

Hi,

 

 

I've a report that contains several slicers with the dropdown list option selected.
In PBI Desktop its possible to activate a search box on these slicers, but, on the PBI Online the search box desappears...
Is that a known bug? If it is, is there an estimative on when it will be fixed?

Not sure if its related but we use the same slicer in a PowerBI Embedded solution. In Internet Explorer 11 you cannot scroll down in a long lost in the dropdown option. The slicer i simply stuck - but the visible elements works fine. 

 

The "clear selection" icon is misplaced too but thats a minor thing...

 

Really hope to see this bug solved.

Would that fix include the problem in embedded I described two posts above - or should this be reported as a seperate bug?

 

I have done some more testing and for some reason there is a difference between embedded and the service. I have used the exact same report and are using the exact same browser (IE11). And still is see a difference with how the filter visualization (when in dropdown mode) behaves. How can this be? Would assume it would be browser related...

I am using the new January build of Power BI Desktop and it appears that Search on dropdown slicer no longer appears.  Is anyone else seeing this issue?

With the January version, this same issue is now happening in PBI Desktop too!!!

 

Can I go back to the November release?

 

We need this fixed ASAP, so we don't have to modify all our reports..
