Show Data error on Combo Chart when title includes conditional formatting

Hi all,

I'm using Power BI Report Server January 2020 version.  I have a combo chart which throws and error when using the Show Data option.  On the server, the visual expands, as in focus mode, but no data displays.  Using Power BI desktop, it throws an error. 

I do notice when I remove the referenced measure in the Title's conditional formatting, Show Data works.  The same measure works as conditional formatting Title in a different combo chart.  I tried recreating the combo chart generating the error from scratch with the same configuration but it throws the same error.  So much be something in how this combo chart is configured which is causing the problem.
