Sharing the dashboard requires multiple login before viewing the dasboard

Whenever we share the dashboard , we are not able to have the dashboard coming up immediately for the shared users . They haev to signout and again sign in multiple times before they can get the dashboard working .

I cannot repro the same issue as you on my side. The shared users can see the shared dashboard immediately if they have already signed into PBI Service.

I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.

Thanks Herbert . The issue is hapening when we are sharing the dashboard with a first time Power BI user .

When they use the invitation email and login , the dashboard tiles all come up with an error .

Once they sign out and sign in again , it works fine .
