Sharing power bi report using an email address

Hello, 

 

I am trying to share my report using an email address with my office colleague but I received the error mentioned below. Can I get any help in resolving the issue ??

This is a known issue. Please check the workaround in Power BI support.

I tested the feature and I was able to share the report with my colleagues using thier email address. Thankyou for the help.
