Sharing emails not being sent and not being resolved for over a week!! Is this a bad joke?!

Can someone at Microsoft explain to me why such an important part of the service is not available for over a week?

Still not working for me...

 

- I have a premium space where reports are loaded

- Email sent and client had it 

- Client is showed as read access

 

BUT

 

Client has to create an account ... impossible to see the report 😕

 

I don't know what to do 😞
