Sharepoint connection issue - Access to Resource is forbidden

Hi, 

I have an issue with connecting to Sharepoint Online folders, I am able to connect a new power bi file to the sharepoint location, but a report created already is not connecting.  The error message is 'Access to the resource is forbidden'.  

I have cleared permissions to try and reconnect to the URL, but the error comes up saying 'The remote name could not be resolved: xxx.sharepoint.com.'

I have permissions to view the sharepoint folders, but can not make a connection from my existing Power BI report. 

Can you please help?

restarting my laptop resolved the issue. 🙂
