Sharepoint Folder Dataflow Filtering Issue

I'm having issues refreshing a few dataflows which use files from a Sharepoint document repository. The queries filter the list of files in the sharepoint site before parsing them (excel, csv, and/or xml files), however the files to not appear in the filter. I am able to find the files when manually browsing to them through sharepoint.com.

After doing some digging through other issue reports, it appears that the solution described in this issue works to solve my issue. Is there a way to close my issue out since it's a duplicate?
