Our internal users are no longer able to open reports that have been shared with them using the Share link button:
The following error is displayed:
The reports are successfully refreshing daily and I can open them without issue. When I open the reports from my worspace and copy-past the url and send via email, the reports work fine.

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the same issue as yours. But I think the problem occurs because the report doesn’t have a relationship with the dataset. You can try these steps:
1)Check your dataset credentials whether have expired.
2)Check the gateway configuration.
3)Check the metadata whether has changed(partly deleted).
4)Try to re-publish your reports to Power BI Service.
