Shared report cannot be opened anymore

Hi I've been sharing my report with my clients for a long time, they have it saved in their bookmarks, but as of today when they try to open the link, it takes them to their home page and when they click on the report nothing happens. 

I checked and they still appear in the "shared" tab. 

Can anyone help me with this?

I have made a test but couldn't reproduce your issue. If this issue still persists and is very urgent for you, I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
