Share Report with Pro Users

I am trying to share my Power BI report with other Pro users, however I am facing this error message "You seem to have lost the permission to reshare this report. Please contact the report owner for details". I created the report and have both read and reshare access. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Are you the owner of report? If not, please contact the report owner who shared with you to make sure he granted reshare permission to you.
