For the past few days, datasets that refreshed in minutes are now taking several hours. Sometimes they fail all together. Is there a know issue since last week?
Is there a way to stop a refresh in the PBI Service?
I don't find similar problem since last week.
If you are using a gateway I would suggest stopping the gateway for a few mins, this should cause the refresh to stop working.
Otherwise you will have to wait for it to timeout and fail.
also try to download the report and refresh it in power bi desktop to see if it works well.
