Service Painfully Slow -- 07/30/2018

Reports are extrememly slow to load. The models refreshed but each page takes nearly a full minute to load or time out while loading the visuals.

Similar issue.  I have some visuals not updating and I get this error...

The region status sit4e says North America is ok but I think the good folks at Microsoft need to check again.

Same issues here. Also, I tried to submit a ticket, but it sends me in a login loop. I am signed into the service, but when I get to the Support page, it asks me to sign in, which just takes me back to the main service page.

I'm seeing this update  in the Awareness section of support site 

 

Users in North Europe may see delays in the refresh of their models. Engineers are currently investigating the issue. Next update @07/30/2018 09:00 PDT.

It is a service outage. Microsoft is now working for a fix. Here is the Response I received from Microsoft:

Currently service outage is going one US cluster , product team is actively working on the fix.

Same problem here across all workspaces and data sources. It must be Power BI.

Hi Everyone, 

 

I am having the same issue in NY.   I have had this issue on and off for the last 3 - 4 months.  I thought by purchsasing Premium I would have avoided this issue.  Getting a little fustrating.

@jfiorillo - agreed. A top shelf price for Premium should come with top shelf service. Downtime should reduce the rate retroactively.

 

This kind of problem causes a ripple effect across our organization and we lose money because of it. It's frustrating.

Same in US.

Customers are complaining about dashboards extremely slow and not rendered in some cases.

How long would it take to fix this?
