Seem to have lost the ability to select dd/mm/yyyy

On the newer version of BI not sure when it dissapeared there does not seem to be a dd/mm/yyyy selection when trying to change the date format?

The fix for this issue in Date Hierarchy using Regional Settings accordingly will help me a lot.

I'm using Power BI Desktop with Brazilian Portuguese locale.
