Security View As roles cant get the Stop viewing button to work

Could you check that there isnt a bug with the stop viewing button. 

I logged inas myself to test security and now I cant get rid of the Stop viewing ribbon

You click on the button and nothing happens

It looks like the issue happens in Power BI desktop, right? 

Which Power BI desktop version do you run? Please update Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.73.5586.984 then test again.
