Scheduled refreshes do not update all dataset

Hi,
in these last days at the end some refreshes (not always but sometimes) the published pbix file with dataset do not contains all the data but just a subset.

See attached pictures to better clarify to you

Picture 1: screenshot of the pbix project opened in PowerBI Desktop with the dataset; it imports (import mode) the data from our on-premise database
As you can see there are a lot of Companies in the table

Picture 2: screenshot of the same published project inside the browser; this synch the data periodically (8 times per day) using our on-premise gateway
As you can see there are only 7 Companies in the table, while in the original local project there are a lot of Companies.

I have try to:
- refresh the browser
- refresh button inside the report
- login/logout
- re-publishing the pbix project

but no luck!

Only the next refreshed of the published report usually restore the missing data, but until that there are a lot of missing data (not only the Company names but also all the related data).

Do you have any idea about this behavior?

Power BI service shows the current date and time in UTC. You may check if this is caused by any date/time filter.

no, it's not a date/time filter issue...
