Scheduled Refresh Bug

The image is self explainatory.

* Scheduled refresh is on

* Last refresh is 'null'

* Next refresh, well, I won't be here to see it.

* Worked fine until a couple of days ago. Turning it off and back on seems to update the Next refresh to a valid value, yet still Last refresh is null, could've found a better way to show it.

Hi @shahar,

Please share your Dataset ID and Power BI region

You can find Dataset ID in dataset settings like below:

Hi @shahar,

From internal trace, I find all dataset refresh attempts are successful. Please check it again if the last refresh and next refresh have the issue now.

Yes, now it works, I assume it started working after shutting it off and turning it back on.

Exactly the same thing happend to me, dataset with scheduled refresh which was running alredy for last few months just stopped without notifying me

I realized that when customers start complayning that there is no new data, running manual refresh fixed the issue, however such problems doesn't bode well

Hi all,

There is no ETA currently, please try below workaround:

  • Turn off the schedule refresh and turn it on back
  • If not re publish the report and turn the schedule refresh back

Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu
