Schedule Refresh Error

Dear Supportive Community and BI Support team,

My schedule refresh error with the following message. Could you guide me as to what causing this problem and how to fix it?

Desktop refresh has no issue.

Hello Guys,

I found the solution to this problem. The issue is with privacy setting. I just changed from none to organizational. And it fix the issue.
