Saving of new user in RLS incredibly slow

For 1 hour, the saving of changes in Row Level Security is incredibly slow or not happening !? Bug?

It's working well on my side, please try to use another browser to have a test again.

and try to also test it in another PC, it maybe a temporary network problem.
