Same dates rendering differently between PBI Desktop and PBI Service.

PBI Service appears to have a bug and is ignorning date time info which renders correctly in PBI Desktop. This seems to relate to DST problems, (we are UTC +1 at the moment), but adding 5 hours to the date in the Query Editor does not fix the problem, and the date in PBI Service still rolls back a complete day compared to the date in Desktop for dates that fall with British Summer Time (+1). If the datetime in Desktop is 01/04/19 00:00 +01:00, this renders as 31/03/19 in Service. This makes sense as it is rolling back to UTC. However, a datetime of 01/04/19 05:00 +01:00 still renders as 31/03/19 in Service. This does not makes sense. You would expect it to convert it to 01/04/19 04:00. UTC

Anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?
