SFDC SSO login doesn't work in some cases

Hello, I am trying to get some data from SFDC and try to log in via SSO (I don't have other option).

When I click "Use Custom Domain" on the log in page and go forward, I get the following message:

Can't access this page
We don’t support this browser. Try opening this page in a supported browser.

It seems like PowerBI is using some old web technology in the background that my IT doesn't support anymore.

Is there a workaround?

Please create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.

I'd do that in the first place, but I don't have PowerBI Pro so I can't 😉

Any Update on this?  I am experiencing the same problem.  Is it the browser that PBI calls to authenticate?  Can I choose which browser this is???

@Anonymous You can contact your IT and create a Office 365 ticket if possible: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-support-options

Right, so SF stopped supporting IE11. Power BI needs to change its browser within the desktop
