Can you please kindly advice on why this issue occurs when one of the user was trying to dow

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Please ensure you already installed the correct SAP .NET Connector 3.0 on the same machine which has Power BI desktop run. 

 

Also please update your Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.73.5586.984 64-bit (September 2019).
