What does this status mean?

I don't know how to get any further. I've checked On-Premise Gateway and Power BI Online side and everything seems ok.

Any suggestions?

Based on my research, you might encounter this issue which I received it internally: 

Some customers in North Europe and North Central US may experience intermittent refresh issues during peak usage times.

Current workaround: 

The next scheduled or manual refresh should be successful. 

Fix: 

The fix will deploy this week and be in all regions by 1/25/19.
